The best way to book Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort is through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel advisor.
Naviva's rate already includes breakfast and every other meal, so a Preferred Partner booking adds a $100 hotel credit, a room upgrade when available and VIP recognition.
Preferred Partner rates equal the official direct booking rate on the Four Seasons website. We don't charge any booking fees, so you get the benefits for free.
By a Travel Agent with LuxRally, a Forbes-endorsed agency and official Four Seasons Preferred Partner. Facts last verified .

The program benefits are the same at every hotel. What changes is what they are worth. This is how each one works at this property.
Naviva's nightly rate includes all food and drink, so the usual Preferred Partner breakfast is already covered. Breakfast is served at Copal Cocina de Leña, in your tent or wherever you ask for it, with no set menu and no fixed hours. The Preferred Partner value at Naviva sits in the credit, the upgrade and the attention before arrival.
One credit per stay, applied to charges outside the all-inclusive rate. The rate covers one spa treatment per guest, so the natural use is a second treatment in a Spa Pod. The credit also goes towards a private excursion, such as a boat to the Marietas Islands.
A one-category upgrade when available at check-in. Naviva has only two categories: ten Ocean-View Bungalows and five Ocean-View Grand Bungalows. The upgrade that matters is into a Grand Bungalow, which adds a larger deck, a sunken outdoor lounge and a fire pit. With fifteen tents in all, upgrades are easier outside the winter peak.
Priority for both. Most flights from Puerto Vallarta to the US leave in the afternoon, so a late checkout gives you a last morning at Selva Pool or your plunge pool before the drive to the airport.
A welcome amenity and a VIP note on the reservation. Naviva cooks without menus, so we send your dietary needs, favourite dishes and drinks, and the experiences you want, before you arrive. The kitchen and your guide plan around them from the first meal.
Preferred Partner benefits apply on top of Naviva's own offers, such as a fifth night free or an added resort credit on longer stays. We check which offers are open for your dates when we quote, and confirm whether round-trip airport transfers are part of the rate you book.
Naviva has fifteen tented bungalows on 48 acres of coastal forest, designed by Luxury Frontiers. Every bungalow faces the Pacific and has a king bed, air conditioning, a screened living area, a limestone bathroom with a freestanding tub and an outdoor shower, and a deck with a private plunge pool. The canopy over each tent is shaped like a bird's wing.
The Ocean-View Bungalow is about 1,259 sq ft (116 sq m) of indoor and outdoor space, with a heated plunge pool and a hammock on the deck. Ten of Naviva's fifteen tents are in this category. It has everything the resort offers, and the saving covers extra spa time.
The Ocean-View Grand Bungalow is 1,604 to 1,722 sq ft (149 to 160 sq m), with a larger bedroom, a bigger deck, a sunken outdoor sectional and a fire pit. There are only five, and most have the wider ocean or jungle views. Book one for a honeymoon or a stay of five nights or more.
Every tent is set up for two adults with a king bed. Tents sit along the forested slope, and the pool, beach and spa are reached by steps, with buggies on call. Tell us if you need an easier route, and we will ask for a tent close to the entrance and Copal.
Naviva's rate includes all food and drink, premium wines and spirits, the in-tent minibar, one spa treatment per guest, the daily practices and rituals, and the Unscripted Naviva experiences. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkelling and fishing gear are included too. Extra spa treatments and private excursions cost more.
Four Seasons has two resorts on the Punta Mita peninsula. Naviva is an adults-only tented camp of fifteen bungalows for no more than about 30 guests, with no menus and no schedule. Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is a 177-room beach resort with a kids club, four pools and two Jack Nicklaus golf courses. Naviva guests can use Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, but Punta Mita guests cannot use Naviva.
A complimentary car runs between the two resorts at any hour, about five minutes each way. Naviva guests have access to the pools, gym and beach at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, and to golf, surfing, tennis, pickleball and padel through the resort. Meals there are handled differently from meals at Naviva, so we confirm with the resort what your rate covers.
Naviva has two Spa Pods and a Temazcal House of Heat for fifteen tents, with no fixed schedule. Your included treatment and any extras are best booked before arrival. The signature experiences are the Temazcal ceremony, the Refuge Retreat, the Shamanic Sound Journey and Free-diving Breathwork with PADI certification.
Copal Cocina de Leña has no printed menus and no set mealtimes. Chef Sofía Mojica's team proposes dishes each day around your tastes, and you order by phone or WhatsApp. Send us your preferences and allergies and we pass them to the resort with the booking.
Naviva Unplugged brings one artist a month for an intimate performance, by the bonfire on La Solana Beach, in Copal's living room or beside Selva Pool. Festive weeks and Mexican Independence weekend have their own programmes. With only fifteen tents, these dates sell out first.
Mexico's 16 percent VAT and Nayarit's 5 percent hospitality tax are added to the room rate. We give you the full total with your quote, including any service charge, so you know the final price before you book.
Naviva cooks without menus or fixed hours. The kitchen proposes dishes daily around each guest's tastes, using local ingredients, and serves them in the restaurant, in your tent, by the pool, on the beach or in the forest. All food and drink, including premium wines and spirits, is in the rate.
Copal is the open-air, 30-seat restaurant at the centre of Naviva, built around an open-fire kitchen. Dinner is usually a four-course menu written for the night, and you can ask for anything else. Copal serves breakfast, with dishes such as chilaquiles and egg tacos, and a chef's table can be booked.
Risco Terrace is a lookout over the ocean, used for sunset drinks, private dinners and morning meditation. On the final morning of the year it hosts the guided meditation and sound healing.
Selva Pool and La Solana Beach both serve light food and drinks through the day. Beach lunches, forest picnics and garden dinners are arranged through your guide at no extra charge.
In-tent dining runs 24 hours, and every tent has a stocked minibar and bar, included in the rate. Breakfast on your own deck, beside the plunge pool, is the way most guests start the day.
Naviva has its own raicilla oven and, from 2026, an exclusive reserve made with the woman-owned brand Eterno Embrujo from 57 litres of a single batch. Tequila, raicilla and wine tastings and coffee roasting are among the included experiences.
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita runs Dos Catrinas for Mexican food, Aramara for Asian food, Bahía for grilled seafood and meat, Tamai and the Tail of the Whale Clubhouse. The complimentary car takes about five minutes.
Naviva sits on 48 acres of forest on a private part of the Punta Mita peninsula, reserved for its guests. The days are built around nature, movement and rest, with daily rituals and no set timetable.
Selva Pool is Naviva's only shared pool, set on three levels in the jungle with an infinity edge facing the Pacific. Every tent also has its own heated plunge pool, so Selva Pool rarely feels busy.
La Solana Beach is a private 575 ft (175 m) stretch of Pacific shore between two rock formations, used only by Naviva guests. The shoreline is rugged and rocky, so the beach suits lounging on the daybeds more than swimming. For an easy swim in the sea, take the car to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.
Two standalone Spa Pods sit in a private garden, set up for couples, with an outdoor hot tub. The Temazcal House of Heat hosts the traditional sweat-lodge ceremony. Treatments include massages, facials, energy healing, breathwork and meditation.
Mar Gym is an open-air gym over the Pacific, with weights cut from stone found on the property. Naviva runs Kundalini yoga, sound baths, nature trails for hiking, biking and running, and strength sessions using boulders and trees. Guests also use the gym at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.
Unscripted Naviva is the resort's programme of included experiences: sunrise paddling, night hikes, temazcal, a ceviche class, tastings and Road to Raicilla visits to agave-growing families. Your guide plans them around what you want to do each day.
Naviva guests have access to the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita amenities, including the Racquet Center for tennis, pickleball and padel, and golf. Punta Mita's two Jack Nicklaus courses are Pacifico, with its Tail of the Whale island green, and Bahia.
Punta Mita is warm all year. The choice is between the dry winter, with whales in the bay and the highest prices, and the hot, humid summer.
Naviva is on the Punta Mita peninsula in Riviera Nayarit, north of Puerto Vallarta. Every guest arrives through Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
Most guests stay on the peninsula, but Punta Mita is a good base for the islands and the surf towns along the coast.
The Marietas Islands are a protected national park off Punta Mita, with seabirds and snorkelling. Naviva arranges private boat trips, from about $1,000.
Sayulita is a colourful surf town north of Punta Mita, with taco stands, shops and a busy beach. Go for an afternoon and dinner.
Punta de Mita village sits just outside the gated development, with beachfront seafood restaurants and surf schools on the waves near El Anclote.
From mid-December to March, humpback whales calve in the Bay of Banderas. Boats leave from the Punta Mita area, so a morning trip fits easily around a stay.
The best way to book Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort is through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel advisor. The advisor books the official Four Seasons rate, with no booking fees, and the reservation adds a $100 hotel credit, upgrade priority and VIP recognition on top of Naviva's all-inclusive rate, which already covers breakfast and every other meal.
A $100 hotel credit per stay for charges outside the rate, such as an extra spa treatment or a private boat trip, a one-category upgrade into an Ocean-View Grand Bungalow when available, priority for early check-in and late checkout, and a welcome amenity with VIP recognition. Naviva's rate already includes all meals, served at Copal Cocina de Leña or in your tent, so breakfast is covered without the benefit. The benefits combine with Naviva's own offers.
Yes. Four Seasons Preferred Partner is Four Seasons' own program for invited travel advisors. The benefits are confirmed by the resort on the reservation, not added by a third party, and the rate is the official rate Four Seasons publishes.
A Four Seasons Preferred Partner advisor and Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) both add a $100 credit and upgrade priority at Naviva. Meals are already in Naviva's rate, so neither adds value through breakfast. FHR also guarantees 4:00 pm checkout, but needs an Amex Platinum or Centurion card and a booking through Amex Travel. Preferred Partner needs no card and adds VIP recognition. Booking direct at fourseasons.com costs the same and adds none of these, because Four Seasons has no points programme. One booking can carry only one of the two benefit packages.
Naviva's nightly rate includes all food and drink, including premium wines and spirits and the in-tent minibar, one spa treatment per guest per stay, the daily practices and rituals, and the Unscripted Naviva experiences, such as temazcal, sound baths, tastings and kayaking. Additional spa treatments and private excursions cost extra.
Naviva is an adults-only tented resort of fifteen bungalows with an all-inclusive rate, no menus and a private beach, for no more than about 30 guests.
