The best way to book Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel advisor.
A Preferred Partner booking adds daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit ($200 in suites), a room upgrade when available and VIP recognition.
Preferred Partner rates equal the official direct booking rate on the Four Seasons website. We don't charge any booking fees, so you get the benefits for free.
By a Travel Agent with LuxRally, a Forbes-endorsed agency and official Four Seasons Preferred Partner. Facts last verified .

The program benefits are the same at every hotel. What changes is what they are worth. This is how each one works at this property.
Breakfast is served at ZEZ, the restaurant high on the hillside, every day from 7:00 to 11:00 am, with the bay below. The resort sells it as its Bed and Breakfast rate, which covers up to two guests per bedroom. A Preferred Partner booking adds the same breakfast to an eligible room-only rate at no extra cost. If you book one of the resort's own offers that already includes breakfast, we tell you so and look at which rate works out better.
One credit per stay, in US dollars, for the restaurants, bars or Le Syel Spa. It is USD 100 in the villas and USD 200 in the two- and three-bedroom suites. A dinner at Koi, the small Japanese counter restaurant, or a treatment in one of the hilltop spa pavilions are sensible ways to use it.
A one-category upgrade when available at check-in. Every standard villa here is the same size, 186 sq m (2,002 sq ft) including the deck and plunge pool, so an upgrade changes height and view rather than space: from Garden-View near the beach, to Ocean-View on the mid-slope, to Hilltop Ocean-View or Serenity at the top. Higher means a better view and more steps, so we tell the resort whether you would rather stay low.
Priority for both. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout at noon. Many long-haul flights reach Mahé in the morning and leave in the evening, so this benefit is worth more here than usual. We ask in advance and tell you what the resort confirms.
A welcome amenity and a VIP note on the reservation. We pass on your flight details for the airport greeting, your preference for a lower or higher villa, and any honeymoon or anniversary.
Preferred Partner benefits apply on top of the resort's own offers. In late 2026 these include Stay Four or More Nights, with 20 percent off the Bed and Breakfast rate; Twice the Paradise, a complimentary night in a Garden-View Villa when you stay six or more nights at Desroches Island; and the Safari and Islands Collection, with credits across several African and Indian Ocean Four Seasons properties. We check which one suits your dates when we quote.
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has 67 villas, suites and residences raised on stilts among the trees above Petite Anse, each with an infinity-edge plunge pool, a deck, an outdoor shower and a deep soaking tub. The villas also have an open-air reading pavilion with a daybed. Sizes below include the deck and pool. The main choice is height on the hill, which sets both the view and how far you walk.
The Garden-View Villas sit in the lower part of the resort, along the path that runs parallel to the shore, and are the closest to the beach and restaurants. They look over the wetlands and forest rather than the open sea. The resort suggests them for families with small children, and they suit anyone who does not want to rely on buggies or stairs.
The Ocean-View Villas are in the middle section of the slope, with partial views of the ocean through the trees. They take three adults, or two adults and two children in the queen-bedded version. For many guests this is the balance between a sea view and a short trip to the beach.
Hilltop Ocean-View Villas are in the upper section of the resort, with a wraparound deck and pool looking straight out over the Indian Ocean. Expect steps and a steep road to reach them, and plan on buggies to get down to the beach.
The Serenity Villas are king-bedded only and also sit high on the hill. The resort describes them as its most private villas, surrounded by forest with the widest views over Petite Anse. They sleep two adults and one child.
The Premier villas are 205 sq m (2,207 sq ft) and add an interconnecting second bedroom with its own bathroom. They take four adults, or two adults and up to four children under 12. The Premier Ocean-View Villa is in the middle section of the resort.
The Two-Bedroom Ocean-View Suite is 524 sq m (5,641 sq ft) and the Two-Bedroom Hilltop Ocean-View Suite 542 sq m (5,835 sq ft), each with a large deck and infinity pool. The Three-Bedroom Presidential Suite, 1,108 sq m (11,922 sq ft), and the Three-Bedroom Royal Suite, 1,396 sq m (15,031 sq ft), are the only two suites with direct access to the beach. The Royal Suite has its own gym and a study.
Ten Residence Villas, with three, four, seven or eight bedrooms, sit high on the northern and southern hillsides with kitchens, infinity pools and a Residence Host. The Eight-Bedroom Residence Villa, added in 2025, is 2,187 sq m (23,540 sq ft) and sleeps 16 adults and four children.
Children under 12 count as children for occupancy. Suites and residences come with a Residence Host. Check-in takes place in your villa rather than at a front desk.
Four Seasons runs two resorts in the Seychelles, and travellers often book the wrong one. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is on Mahé, about 35 minutes by road from the international airport. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island is a flat coral island in the Amirantes, reached by a separate flight of about 35 minutes run by IDC Aviation, which costs extra. Many guests do both, with a night or two at Petite Anse before or after Desroches.
The resort climbs a steep granite hillside, and the spa is at the very top. Buggies are free and come quickly when called, but the higher villas involve steps and the walk down to the beach takes effort. Guests with limited mobility or small children usually do better in a Garden-View or Ocean-View Villa. Couples who want the view and privacy should ask for Hilltop Ocean-View or Serenity.
Room rates are subject to 15 percent VAT and a 10 percent service charge. The Seychelles Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy is added on top, at SCR 100 (about $7) per person per night for a resort of this size, and children aged 12 and under are exempt. We include all of these in the total we quote.
The Twice the Paradise offer gives a complimentary night in a Garden-View Villa at Petite Anse when you stay six or more nights at Desroches Island. It is not available over selected holiday periods, and the Desroches flight is extra. Placing the free night at the end of the trip is a practical way to break the journey before an evening flight home.
Koi, the Japanese restaurant, has 35 seats and closes on Mondays. Steak Shack, on the sand, opens only on selected nights. ZEZ holds an Asian Street Food Night on Mondays and Kannel a Creole evening, Sware Kreol, on Wednesdays. We reserve the ones you want with your booking.
The house reef in Petite Anse is sheltered and good for beginners, and snorkelling gear and kayaks are complimentary. Visibility is usually best in the morning. The resident marine biologists run guided snorkels and a coral-planting session, which are worth reserving for the start of your stay.
A Four Seasons representative meets guests as they leave customs at Seychelles International Airport. The resort arranges private cars sized for your group and can add stops on the way, such as a spice garden or the rum distillery. The transfer is charged separately, and we confirm the current price when we quote.
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has five restaurants, two bars and 24-hour in-villa dining. Senior Executive Chef Carlos Rodriguez oversees the kitchens here and at Desroches. Much of the fish comes from local boats, and fruit such as mango, papaya and coconut is picked from trees on the property, which was once a fruit plantation.
ZEZ is high on the hillside with views over the ocean. It serves breakfast daily from 7:00 to 11:00 am, which is where the Preferred Partner breakfast is taken, and an Asian izakaya-style sharing menu at dinner from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. The signature dish is Singaporean Alaskan king crab. On Mondays it hosts Asian Street Food Night.
Kannel is open-air and close to the beach. Lunch runs daily from noon to 4:00 pm, with salads and ceviches, and dinner from 6:30 to 10:00 pm on selected nights, with pasta, meats and the local catch from the Petite Anse fish counter. Sware Kreol, the Creole buffet with music and local artisans, is held every Wednesday from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
Koi is a small Japanese restaurant built around a chef's counter, open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. The menu covers sushi, tempura and signature rolls, and there is an omakase. The signature is Indian Ocean tuna tataki with yuzu jam.
Il Forno opened on the beach in June 2026, with an open kitchen around a pizza oven. It serves lunch daily from noon to 3:00 pm: pizzas made with 48-hour fermented sourdough, Vincisgrassi baked pasta and oven-grilled prawns with mini ciabatta.
Steak Shack sets 30 seats on the sand and cooks meat, seafood and vegetables over a Josper charcoal oven, with wagyu tomahawk, grilled octopus and king prawns. It is open for dinner on selected nights from 6:30 to 10:00 pm, timed for the sunset over the bay.
ZEZ Bar serves cocktails and an Indian menu from a tandoor oven, including butter chicken and tandoori king prawns. Kannel Bar, beside the pool, is the casual option for comfort food, bowls and drinks during the day.
Most of the resort's facilities sit at either end of the hill: the beach, pool and restaurants at the bottom, and the spa and yoga pavilion at the top. Kayaking, snorkelling, the buggy service and twice-daily housekeeping are complimentary.
Le Syel Spa is at the highest point of the resort, far above Petite Anse, with eight treatment rooms set in open-air pavilions. Each double room has its own outdoor bathtub and rain shower. The signature treatments are Le Syel Signature and the Miracle of Coco de Mer, a five-step ritual named after the Seychelles' native palm. The spa is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, offers a complimentary Ayurvedic consultation on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings with 24 hours' notice, and has a teen menu for ages 12 to 17.
Yoga is held in a hilltop pavilion, on the spa roof or in your villa, with full moon sessions once a month. The Mountain Meditation is a 30-minute guided hike to the granite summit above the resort, at sunrise or sunset, for adults only and weather permitting.
Petite Anse is a sheltered horseshoe bay of white sand between granite boulders. The Petite Anse Reef Restoration Project is installing coral frames across 10,000 sq m (about 108,000 sq ft) of reef in the bay. Resident marine biologists, led by Dr Katrina Himpson, who joined from Landaa Giraavaru in 2026, run Learn to Snorkel, guided snorkels, a coral workshop and Restore the Reef, where guests attach coral fragments to the nursery.
The main pool is 28 metres (92 ft) long, beside a separate children's pool, both open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tropicsurf coaches teach surfing and paddleboarding to guests aged five and up, in the bay and at more than 15 breaks around Mahé. The 128 sq m (1,380 sq ft) gym is open 24 hours.
The complimentary kids' club takes children aged four and over in a dedicated centre, with crafts, games and marine activities. The resort lists the club as running at weekends and on holidays, so we confirm the schedule for your dates. Children aged four and under eat free from the kids' menu, and babysitting is available.
In 2026 the resort received One Michelin Key, was named to the Travel + Leisure T+L 500, and came 20th among the top Indian Ocean resorts in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards. Le Syel Spa was named Best Wellness and Spa Design of the Year at the SpaChina Wellness & Spa Awards 2026. The resort holds Sustainable Seychelles certification.
The Seychelles is warm all year, and the seasons follow the trade winds. The months between them tend to bring the calmest sea for snorkelling at Petite Anse.
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is on the southwest coast of Mahé, the main island, 18 km (11 miles) from Seychelles International Airport. Unlike the outer-island resorts, it needs no onward flight or boat.
Mahé is small enough to explore in a day from the resort, and the concierge arranges guides, cars and boats.
Victoria Market, in the capital, is the place to see the local catch, spices and fruit. It combines well with a half-day tour of the island.
The Takamaka distillery and the Jardin du Roi spice garden are both in the south of Mahé, and both are easy stops on the way from the airport or on a half-day outing.
The resort arranges guided day trips by boat to Praslin and La Digue, the islands known for their coco de mer palms and granite beaches.
The best way to book Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel advisor. The advisor books the official Four Seasons rate, with no booking fees, and the reservation adds daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit and upgrade priority.
Daily breakfast for two per bedroom at ZEZ, a $100 hotel credit per stay ($200 in suites), a one-category upgrade when available at check-in, priority for early check-in and late checkout, and a welcome amenity with VIP recognition. The benefits combine with the resort's own offers, such as Twice the Paradise with Desroches Island.
Yes. Four Seasons Preferred Partner is Four Seasons' own program for invited travel advisors. The benefits are confirmed by the resort on the reservation, not added by a third party, and the rate is the official rate Four Seasons publishes.
A Four Seasons Preferred Partner advisor and Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) both add breakfast for two, a $100 credit and upgrade priority at Four Seasons Seychelles. FHR also guarantees 4:00 pm checkout, but needs an Amex Platinum or Centurion card and a booking through Amex Travel. Preferred Partner needs no card, doubles the credit to $200 in suites and adds VIP recognition. Booking direct at fourseasons.com costs the same and adds none of these, because Four Seasons has no points programme. One booking can carry only one of the two benefit packages.
No. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is at Petite Anse on Mahé, the main island, 35 minutes by car from the international airport, with 67 hillside villas, suites and residences. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island is a separate resort on a flat coral island in the Amirantes, reached by a 35-minute flight from Mahé. The two are often combined, and the Twice the Paradise offer gives a free night at Petite Anse with six or more nights at Desroches.
The resort is built on a steep granite hillside above Petite Anse, with the beach and most restaurants at the bottom and the spa at the top. A complimentary buggy service runs around the property and arrives quickly when called. The Garden-View Villas, closest to the beach, need the least climbing, while the Hilltop Ocean-View and Serenity Villas have the best views and the most steps. The site may not suit wheelchair users.
Couples who want the view should book a Hilltop Ocean-View or Serenity Villa, both high on the hill. The Ocean-View Villa, on the mid-slope, balances a sea view with an easier walk. Families with young children do best in a Garden-View Villa near the beach, or a Premier villa with an interconnecting second bedroom. All standard villas are 186 sq m including the deck and plunge pool.
Rates are subject to 15 percent Seychelles VAT and a 10 percent service charge. The government's Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy is charged on top at SCR 100, about $7, per person per night for large resorts such as this one. Children aged 12 and under are exempt from the levy.
About 35 minutes by car. The resort is 18 km (11 miles) from Seychelles International Airport on the southwest coast of Mahé. A Four Seasons representative meets you after customs, and the resort arranges private cars at a charge. No boat or domestic flight is needed.
Yes. Petite Anse is a sheltered bay with a house reef that suits beginners, and snorkelling gear and kayaks are complimentary. Resident marine biologists run lessons, guided snorkels and coral-planting sessions on the Petite Anse reef restoration project. Mornings usually bring the clearest water.
Yes, with some planning. The complimentary Kids For All Seasons club takes children aged four and over, children four and under eat free from the kids' menu, and there is a children's pool, surf lessons from age five and a teen spa menu. Premier villas, two-bedroom suites and Residence Villas give families more room. Choose a lower villa to avoid stairs with small children.
