Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street is Boston's newest Four Seasons, opened in 2019 in a 61-storey tower in Back Bay, beside the Prudential Center and Symphony Hall. Its 214 rooms sit on floors 8 to 21, with a full wellness floor, a Forbes Five-Star spa, and Zuma and LPM for dining. Booked through a Preferred Partner advisor, a stay adds daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit, upgrade priority and VIP recognition, at the same rate Four Seasons publishes.

The program benefits are the same at every hotel. What changes is what they are worth. This is how each one works at this property.
Full breakfast for two per bedroom, in the restaurant or through in-room dining. Breakfast moved to the new LPM restaurant in autumn 2026. A rate with breakfast included costs at least $50 a night more when booked direct.
One credit per stay. Prices here are high, so it covers roughly one room-service meal, afternoon tea for one or two, or about half a spa treatment. It is still $100 you would otherwise spend.
A one-category upgrade when available at check-in. From a Deluxe room, that can mean a higher floor with a wider view, or a Premier room with a soaking tub and a larger bathroom.
Priority for both. Reviewers report the hotel being accommodating with early arrivals.
A welcome amenity and a VIP note on the reservation. We ask for a high floor away from the street, and pass on anything the hotel should know before you arrive.
Preferred Partner benefits apply on top of the hotel's own promotions, such as savings on longer stays. We check what is available for your dates when we quote.
Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a city view. The categories differ by floor, by size, and by whether the bathroom has a tub. All standard rooms are sold as cityscape views. The Charles River views belong to the top suites.
The standard room to book. It is larger than the entry rooms, at 440 to 512 sq ft, and the only standard king with a deep soaking tub and a bigger bathroom. On floors 9 to 20.
A Deluxe room on the top guest floors, 17 to 21, where the skyline opens up. It has a shower and no tub. Choose it over Premier if the view matters more than the bath.
From 397 sq ft on floors 9 to 21, with a shower only. Fine for one or two people on a short stay. It is tight with a rollaway bed, so families should look higher up the list.
The only category with two queen beds, sleeping three adults and a child. There are not many, so request it as early as you can.
A one-bedroom suite of 639 to 711 sq ft with a separate living room, a sofa bed and a tub.
About 900 sq ft with windows on two sides, a freestanding tub and one and a half bathrooms. Forbes inspectors pick it as the suite to book. Above it, the Cambridge and Charles suites have Charles River views, and the Charles Suite has the hotel's only terrace.
The Superior King is on the eighth floor only, the lowest guest floor, so we steer most guests to Deluxe or above. One recent guest on a mid floor heard a nearby nightclub at weekends, which is why we ask for a high floor.
Superior and Deluxe rooms have showers only. If a soaking tub is part of your idea of a hotel stay, book Premier or a suite.
Higher floors have better views and less street noise. We request the upper floors with every booking here.
Boston's other Four Seasons faces the Public Garden. It is more traditional, better placed for sightseeing and has more room types for families, but no spa. One Dalton is the newer hotel with the stronger spa, pool, gym and restaurants. Ask us if you are unsure which suits you.
The seventh floor is given over to the pool, spa and gym. The gym is one of the best in any city hotel. Book spa treatments ahead, as there are only five treatment suites.
Both draw a local crowd, and Zuma is lively on weekend nights. Give us the evenings you want and we will ask the hotel to hold tables.
The Logan Express Back Bay bus runs every 30 minutes between the airport and the Prudential Center, a few minutes' walk from the hotel. It is free from the airport and $3 back. A taxi takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Valet parking is $70 to $75 a night. Back Bay is walkable, the hotel lends bikes, and the Green Line is about a block away.
Rates peak in September and October and jump for the Marathon in April, graduation season in May, and the Head of the Charles in mid-October. Red Sox home games and conventions at the Hynes next door also tighten availability.
The restaurants are a reason to choose this hotel. The line-up changed in 2026, when LPM replaced One + One on the second floor, so older reviews are out of date on breakfast.
The Boston branch of the international Japanese restaurant, with a sushi counter, a robata grill and a long sake list. Busy and loud at weekends, in a good way.
Opened at the end of September 2026, the third LPM in the United States. It serves breakfast and dinner, with lunch added from mid-October 2026. This is now where hotel breakfast is served.
A small cocktail lounge off the lobby, with a light menu and afternoon tea at weekends.
Available around the clock, and served by the pool. Preferred Partner guests can take their daily breakfast this way.
The wellness floor is the best of any hotel in Boston, and the main practical difference from the Boylston Street hotel.
A curved 64 ft indoor pool with underwater sound and food service at the poolside. There are pool toys for children.
Five treatment suites, including one for couples, with steam rooms. It is the only Forbes Five-Star spa in Boston.
A large gym with floor-to-ceiling windows and Precor equipment. Reviewers rate it among the best hotel gyms they have used.
Bikes to borrow from the doormen, and a house car for short trips.
Child-size robes, slippers and toiletries, and a soft toy at check-in. Space is the constraint, so book the two-queen room or a suite.
The hotel is pet friendly.
Boston has real seasons, and hotel prices swing more here than in most American cities.
The hotel is at the western end of Back Bay, next to the Prudential Center and the Christian Science Plaza.
Back Bay's shops, music and museums are all close by.
Five minutes' walk. Home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and one of the finest concert halls in the world. We can help with tickets.
Next door, with a long reflecting pool that many rooms look over.
Shops and restaurants under five minutes away, including Eataly, with Newbury Street's boutiques just beyond.
About 15 minutes on foot. A Red Sox game or a ballpark tour is an easy outing from the hotel.
Two of Boston's best museums, a short ride west along Huntington Avenue.
