Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is a 244-room hotel in Midtown, on the lower 19 floors of a 53-storey tower a short walk from Piedmont Park and the High Museum. It has an indoor saltwater pool, a spa renovated in 2023, and a French brasserie that opened in late 2024. Booked through a Preferred Partner advisor, a stay adds daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit, upgrade priority and VIP recognition, at the same rate Four Seasons publishes.

The program benefits are the same at every hotel. What changes is what they are worth. This is how each one works at this property.
Full breakfast for two per bedroom in the brasserie or through in-room dining. With cooked dishes at $22 to $35 each, breakfast for two comes to roughly $70 to $90 a day before tax and tip, which is what the benefit saves you.
One credit per stay. At current menu prices it covers most of afternoon tea for two, or two main courses at dinner in the brasserie.
A one-category upgrade when available at check-in. Every standard room here is the same size, so an upgrade improves your floor, view or position in the building, not the square footage.
Priority for both. Useful for early-morning arrivals into Atlanta and for evening flights home.
A welcome amenity and a VIP note on the reservation. We pass on your floor and view preferences, and children's names and ages so the hotel can set up the room for them.
Preferred Partner benefits apply on top of the hotel's own promotions. We check what is available for your dates when we quote.
All standard rooms are about 450 sq ft with a marble bathroom, a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The categories differ by floor, view and position, so the question is which location is worth paying for. The hotel stops at the 19th floor of the tower, so views are of the Midtown and Downtown skylines from mid height.
A corner position away from the lifts, with views that run from Downtown to Midtown and a chaise by the window. It comes with a king bed or two doubles. For most stays this is the best balance of quiet, light and price.
On the upper floors of the hotel, roughly the 14th to the 19th, with a king bed and a window banquette looking over Midtown. Book this if the view is the point of the stay.
The entry categories are the same size and finish as the rooms above them, on lower floors or with a less open outlook. A sound choice for a business trip, and the categories where an upgrade makes the most visible difference.
These rooms have a private terrace, which is rare in a city hotel. The terrace overlooks the fifth-floor garden and the tree-lined streets below, not the skyline, so choose it for the outdoor space and not for the view.
About 950 sq ft with a separate living room, a king bed, a sofa bed and a guest powder room. The Midtown Suite adds a wet bar and a Midtown view. Standard rooms with two double beds can also work for a family of four.
On the 19th floor, the top of the hotel, with Downtown or Midtown views and two full bathrooms in about 900 sq ft. The larger Luxury Suite can connect to a second bedroom, and the Presidential Suite runs to 2,200 sq ft.
When we book, we ask for a high floor facing Midtown and a room away from the lifts. If you are deciding between two categories, tell us what matters more, the view or the price, and we will point you to the right one.
Because every standard room is the same size, a higher category only buys a better floor, a corner or a wider view. If you will be out all day, book the entry category and let the upgrade priority do its work.
MARTA runs directly from the airport to Arts Center station in about 22 minutes, and the hotel is a five to seven minute walk from there. In rush hour it can be faster than a car, which otherwise takes around 20 minutes.
Valet parking costs around $56 a night. Midtown is walkable, the hotel runs a complimentary house car within about five miles, and Downtown and Buckhead are both short rides away.
Atlanta hotel stays carry roughly 17 percent in taxes plus a $5 state fee per room per night. We show the full total in your quote.
Rates climb during Dragon Con over Labor Day weekend, Atlanta Pride in October, which is held in nearby Piedmont Park, and the SEC Championship in early December. Book early for those dates, or avoid them for better value.
Give us their names and ages. The hotel sets up child-size robes and welcome amenities, provides cribs at no charge, and under-18s stay free in their parents' room.
The indoor saltwater pool is one of the larger hotel pools in the city and is quietest first thing in the morning. It has closed at 9 pm, so ask at the front desk if you want a later swim.
Complimentary coffee and tea are set out in the lobby from 5:30 to 9 am, which helps on an early start before the brasserie opens at 7.
The hotel's dining was rebuilt around a new restaurant in December 2024, with the existing bar on the level above. Some older reviews still mention Park 75, which Brasserie Margot replaced.
Open from 7 am to 10:30 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with weekend brunch and a grab-and-go counter in the morning. Classic dishes include onion soup, boeuf bourguignon and steak au poivre. This is where the Preferred Partner breakfast is served.
The hotel's lounge and bar, open from 3 pm until 11 pm and to midnight at weekends. A good place to meet before dinner, with its own food menu.
Afternoon tea is $55 per person, with sparkling wine for a little more. It is an easy way to use the hotel credit on a short stay.
Available around the clock. Preferred Partner guests can take their daily breakfast this way at no extra charge.
For a city hotel the leisure facilities are generous, which makes this a practical choice for a weekend as well as a work trip.
A saltwater lap pool with a whirlpool and an outdoor sun terrace. It is indoors, so it works in any season.
Renovated in 2023, with 10 treatment rooms, a couples room, a nail studio, saunas and steam rooms.
A 4,210 sq ft gym open 24 hours a day, with Peloton bikes.
A complimentary car for short trips within about five miles, which covers most of Midtown, Downtown and the edge of Buckhead.
Children get their own welcome, a kids' menu, games and child-size robes. Suites and two-double rooms give a family of four enough space.
Dogs and cats are accepted for a fee per stay. Size limits apply, so tell us about your pet when you enquire.

Around a ten-minute walk. Atlanta's central park, with skyline views across the lake and room to run or picnic.
Just under a mile away, beside Piedmont Park. Best in spring, and worth a return visit for the winter light displays.
