Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla is a 35-acre resort on the island's west end, set on a bluff between two beaches, Meads Bay and Barnes Bay, with 185 rooms, suites, residences and villas and three pools. Booked through a Preferred Partner advisor, a stay adds daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit, upgrade priority and VIP recognition, at the same rate Four Seasons publishes.

The program benefits are the same at every hotel. What changes is what they are worth. This is how each one works at this property.
Full breakfast for two per bedroom at Salt, which serves breakfast from 7:00 to 11:30 am, or delivered to your terrace through in-room dining. Food is one of the larger costs of a stay in Anguilla, so over a week this is usually the most valuable benefit.
One credit per stay, not per night, to use at the restaurants, bars or spa. At resort prices it covers a round of sunset drinks and small plates at Sunset Lounge, or part of a dinner at Salt.
A one-category upgrade when available at check-in. It matters most if you book the entry-level Resort View Room, because the next category up, the Ocean View Room, adds a sea view and a private plunge pool.
Priority for both, subject to availability. Useful here because many guests arrive by boat from St Maarten in the early afternoon and leave on a morning or late-afternoon connection.
A welcome amenity and a VIP note on the reservation. We also send the hotel your arrival details, occasion and room-location preferences ahead of time, which is what shapes where you are placed.
Preferred Partner benefits apply on top of the hotel's own offers, such as extra-night promotions in the shoulder season. We check which offers are available for your dates when we quote.
The resort is spread along a bluff, and location matters as much as category. Room blocks on the east side look over the gardens and Meads Bay. Villas sit on the hill on the west side above Barnes Bay. Suites and the main pool are in the middle, near the lobby. Almost every category has its own plunge pool.
The first category with a sea view and a private plunge pool on the terrace. It is the sensible starting point for two people. The entry-level Resort View Room faces the courtyard and gardens and has no pool, so it only makes sense if you plan to spend your days at the beach.
These rooms face Bamboo Pool and Meads Bay, which puts you beside the family pool with its shallow, walk-in entry and a short walk from the calmer beach. King beds only, so ask us about connecting rooms or a suite if you need more beds.
A one-bedroom suite with a separate living room, a kitchenette and a plunge pool. Advisors and guests recommend it most often for a week or more, because the extra room and the kitchenette change how the stay feels.
Set on the upper floor of the main house facing Barnes Bay, with a plunge pool on a private roof deck. It is the suite to choose for sunsets. It sits above Sunset Lounge, which has live music in the evenings, so it suits night owls better than early sleepers.
One- to three-bedroom residences on the Meads Bay side come with full kitchens and plunge pools. Three- and four-bedroom townhomes line the coast between the two bays. Both work out well per person for two families sharing.
Three- to five-bedroom villas with private pools. Only the first row of villas has direct access to Barnes Bay, and these have the best sunset views on the property. They book out early for winter and the festive season.
Tell us how you plan to spend your days before we book. A well-placed room in a lower category is often a better stay than an upgrade in the wrong part of the resort. The site is hilly, with lifts and golf carts to get around, so mention any mobility needs and we will ask for a room close to the lobby or the pool you will use.
Meads Bay is the long, calmer beach where most guests swim, with the water sports centre and the family pool. Barnes Bay is smaller, quieter and rockier, with more surf. It is the better side for sunsets and peace, and the weaker one for swimming.
Anguilla's own airport is about 20 minutes from the resort. American flies from Miami, and seasonal flights run from Boston, Newark and Baltimore. If you fly to St Maarten, the boat across takes about 25 minutes, and we arrange the transfer with the hotel in advance.
Rates in Anguilla are quoted before tax and service, which together add roughly 23 to 27 percent to the room rate. We give you the full total with your quote so there are no surprises at checkout.
In peak season, tables at Salt go quickly, and so do the well-known restaurants along Meads Bay. Give us the nights you want and we will ask the hotel to reserve them. For sunset, ask for a terrace table at Salt or a seat at Sunset Lounge.
Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkelling gear and small sailboats are free to use, as are fitness classes and tennis clinics. The Kids For All Seasons club is complimentary and runs daily for children of about 5 to 12.
Sunset Lounge has live music in the evenings. If you go to bed early, we will ask for a room away from the main house. The same goes for families who want to be near Bamboo Pool, or couples who want distance from it.
Several of the island's best-known restaurants are along the same beach, including Blanchards, Jacala, Straw Hat and Ocean Echo. They make an easy change from the resort without needing a taxi. Many close in late summer.
The resort has closed each year from mid-August to mid-October, and Christmas and New Year stays have carried minimums of 7 to 10 nights in past seasons. Ask us early for festive dates and for villas.
There are five places to eat and drink on the property, plus in-room dining. Salt reopened in November 2025 after a full redesign. Prices are high, as they are across Anguilla, which is why the breakfast benefit and the credit count for more here than at a city hotel.
The main restaurant, with seafood-led Caribbean cooking and a chef's table. Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 11:30 am and dinner from 6:00 to 9:30 pm. This is where the Preferred Partner breakfast is normally taken, and the best place to spend the hotel credit on a dinner.
The casual restaurant beside Bamboo Pool and the beach, serving breakfast and lunch. It is the easy option for families and for long beach days.
A small beach restaurant and bar on the quieter Barnes Bay side, with cocktails and coastal Mexican dishes at lunch and dinner.
The bar on the bluff, facing west. It is the resort's sunset spot, with sushi and small plates, a long rum list and live music in the evenings.
A café off the lobby for coffee, pastries and gelato. Handy for an early start before a boat trip.
Two beaches and three pools mean the resort rarely feels crowded, and that families and couples can keep out of each other's way. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included.
A long stretch of white sand with generally calm water. Most guests spend their beach time here. The water sports centre and Bamboo Bar & Grill are on this side.
A smaller, quieter beach below the villas, with rocky sections and more waves. Better for a walk and a sunset drink than for a long swim.
The adults-only saltwater infinity pool on the bluff, for guests 18 and over. It is the quietest of the three and faces the sunset.
The central pool near the lobby, with cabanas. A stone staircase at its edge leads down to a small cove.
The family pool beside Meads Bay, with a shallow walk-in entry that suits small children.
An 8,100 sq ft spa with 13 treatment rooms and outdoor cabanas, a fitness centre with daily classes, three tennis courts, a basketball court and a climbing wall.
Anguilla is warm all year. The decision is mostly about price, crowds and the late-summer closure.
There are two ways in: fly straight to Anguilla, or fly to St Maarten and cross by boat. We arrange transfers through the hotel, which needs at least 24 hours' notice.
Anguilla is small, and the best days out are by boat. These are the ones worth planning before you arrive.
A sandbar with a beach restaurant, about 15 minutes by boat from Sandy Ground. Known for grilled lobster lunches. It closes in late summer, and a reservation is advised.
Two small uninhabited islands with good snorkelling, reached by boat from Sandy Ground. Go on a calm day and book ahead.
The island's most famous beach, on the opposite coast. Worth a half-day by taxi or hire car, with lunch at one of the beach restaurants.
St Barths is a 15-minute flight away, and day trips by small plane or boat can be arranged through the resort for lunch and shopping in Gustavia.
A small cove under cliffs, reached by boat, with clear water for snorkelling. Often combined with a private boat charter around the island.
Send us your confirmation. A reservation booked directly with the hotel can usually have the benefits added, with the dates, rate, room type and cancellation policy unchanged. Bookings made through an online travel agency cannot be moved.
No fees. Same rate as direct. Rates within 24 hours.
